The µSMART Rain Detector uses a leaf wetness sensor do detect the presence of rain drops.
The sensor has 2 x open drain protected power switches that operate at thresholds set by the user.
The sensor Monibus interface allows the user to modify the sensor operation through the built-in
sensor menus. The sensor incorporates a microprocessor to provide accurate, repeatable readings.
The robust mechanical design ensures a long operational life.
